I first began my studies in counselling and psychotherapy with Maynooth University and continued my professional training with the Tivoli Institute and the Dublin Gestalt Centre. I am accredited with the Irish Association for Counselling  and Psychotherapy.

I have previously worked with the Dublin Rape Crisis Centre, Newlands Institute for Counselling Centre, Clondalkin, and am currently working in my private practice at Liberty Counselling Service, Celbridge.

My work is based on an Integrative & Humanistic approach, drawing upon different therapeutic models according to individual needs.

There are times such as crisis, periods of transition and/or our own unique experiences (past and present) that we may find it difficult to cope -
struggling with conflicting thoughts and feelings. I believe that Counselling/Psychotherapy can be a very enriching and rewarding experience. My commitment in this work is to facilitate and support
my clients towards self-empowerment and/or healing.

At present I work with individuals over 18 years of age and also with couples.
