There are times in our lives when depression, illness, relationship issues, grief from bereavement, eating disorders and general stress can cause difficulty in coping with life. Through counselling and psychotherapy I am prepared to work with clients to overcome these difficulties so that through their own empowerment they can discover the full potential of their lives.
