My approach is based on working in a non- directional manner and I see my role as working with
my clients, helping them to tease out where they are at present, where they would like to be and to identify and work through the various obstacles which may be holding them back from achieving a fuller enjoyment of their potential.

I draw on a number of approaches, mainly Person-Centred, Psychodynamic and Cognitive as appropriate.

I work with individuals over 18 years of age.
